Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at jon@powerwexclusive.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods
- custom or personalized items
- personal care products
- hazardous materials
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order once approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
